"The Peace of God"
In today's world, with all that's going on ........ earthquakes, floods, raging fires, tornadoes, rain & wind storms and to top it off, companies going under, lay off's, gas prices up, people losing their homes and much more! God only knows what's coming next! That's why it's so important to trust in God! We need peace in these times.
Psalms 34:14
Depart from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.
John 14:27
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you, not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
John 16:33
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have over come the world.
Romans 5:1
Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
2 Thessalonians 3:16
Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.
We need something to hang on to, in God through his son Jesus, without something we have no hope or peace! Grab hold of God's word, the Bible, and find peace in all things. It won't save you from trouble but God will go with you with His peace...what a world of difference it will make when life happens.
